Race Night Booking Information

Booking a race night is easy - either email us with your requirements or go to the
Contact Us page, fill it in, leave us your number, where the event is to take place and a date for the event and press submit! We will call you back and take the relevant details.

We will send you a confirmation for you to sign and return as well as posters, a race card, a runners card and our booklet on getting the best out of your race night (which will prove invaluable).

Once your booking is made then you can concentrate on making your race night an event to remember. We'll call you a week before the event to make sure everything is alright and to check if there is anything further we can help you with.

On the night we do all the hard work and the complicated stuff! We will also help if you have raffles, presentations and announcements to make during the course of the evening. Our comperes are extremely professional and experienced - you will find them easy to work with - they fulfil the role of hosting the race night as well as making sure other aspects of the evening run smoothly and to plan!
